Disable The Task Manager

Here are the steps to disable the task manager:

1. Open the Registry Editor through the Start Menu => Run => regedit
2. In the Registry Editor window, click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE => Software => Microsoft => Windows => CurrentVersion => Policies => System. Click the right mouse button, select the menu New => DWORD value in the right window.
3. Give your name on the entry DisabletaskMgr new, double-click the new entry. Fill in the value 1 in the Value data.
4. Click OK, close the registry editor window, then restart windows.

To restore the task manager functions as before, return the DisableTaskMgr value entry to 0.
