Microsoft-Yahoo Allied Attack Google

Microsoft finally managed to mollify Yahoo to hand over control of its search engine together and gather the strength to strike the giant Google.
Of course, 10-year agreement with Yahoo will give you an injection of new energy for Microsoft to beat Google's ambition to streamline the search engine market.
A handful were hung up both companies. With Yahoo in the side, Microsoft is hoping to boost Bing quieter, new search engines to catch up from Google, which controls about 65 percent market share in the United States.
While concentrating on the war Microsoft search sites, Yahoo is expected to be able to break the concentration of Google in ad sales on the Web.
"This agreement came to offer one million value to Yahoo, our users and the industry," said Carol Bartz, chief executive of Yahoo.
Of course, no less delighted with this agreement is the CEO of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer. "I'm very excited. It's been saying since I was 18 months ago. Consumers, advertisers and publishers will get a better service, and of course there will be a more challenging competition for Google if Microsoft and yahoo search engine alliance."
Antitrust regulators will review the agreement the two companies to ensure that this agreement will not hurt competition.
"While Microsoft and Yahoo awaiting approval from the government about their agreement, Google will likely continue to improve the performance of its search engine," said Danny Sullivan, editor of SearchEngineLand.
Looks like the fight between the giant will get hot. Especially now Google was preparing for a PC operating system, which can threaten the existence of Microsoft Windows.
Sullivan claimed Google is very paranoid with Microsoft. "They're always second-guessing 'monster' what else is being prepared for the future of Microsoft," he said.
