>> Tuesday, September 22, 2009

In order to better surf save time, you can create a shortcut sites you visit frequently on the computer desktop.

The traditional way is usually used in the browser Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) to create a shortcut is to click the File menu in your browser, then select Send To, then Shortcut to Desktop. But in the Firefox browser there is no such menu option.

There are other ways and also quick to create a shortcut on the desktop site, and, as quoted from Techdreams, Wednesday (15/10/2008), working in IE and Firefox browsers. Here's how:

1. Open the browser (IE / Firefox), then open the web page created shortcut to it.
2. Change the size of your browser until you can see the desktop and browser at the same time.
3. Drag and drop the small icon to the left of the browser address bar to your desktop.

Now the favorite sites you can visit just by clicking twice (double click) icon on the desktop-related sites. Happy browsing!
